DAVID ANDERSON

David brings over 25 years of professional real estate experience to A5 Real Estate. and specializes in both recreational and livestock ranches, as well as development land and commercial properties. During his career, David has been responsible for over $800 million in successful transactions, involving over 2.0 million acres of land.  David is also a certified general appraiser, and has provided professional consulting or appraisal services on over $3 billion in real estate.  David owns a ranch near the Star Valley, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.  David’s formal education includes a B.A. in Business Finance, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from the University of Utah.

MATT ANDERSON

AGENT IN UT, ID | RECREATIONAL RANCH SPECIALIST

Matt Anderson is an expert hunter and fisherman, and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and passion for premium recreation ranches to A5 Real Estate.  As a licensed real estate agent in Utah and Idaho, Matt has played a critical role in several large and complex transactions.  Matt is the owner of High Bar Hunting Company, a hunting services and land management company which has managed the hunting, wildlife, and CWMU program on a premium 7,300 acre ranch in Morgan County, Utah.  Matt lives in Cache Valley with his wife and one child. 

SAM ANDERSON

AGENT IN UT | RECREATIONAL RANCH SPECIALIST

Sam Anderson brings an exciting energy and passion for real estate to A5.  As a licensed real estate agent in Utah, Sam has played an important role in several transactions since joining A5 in 2024.  Sam attends Utah State University and is working on a dual-major in Economics and Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate.  Sam has excelled as a leader and officer in the Sigma Chi Franternity in which he is an active member.  Sam is an experienced outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation in general.
